riabilitativo da un medico neuropsichiatra infantile<\/strong> e coordinata da uno psicologo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n L\u2019\u00e9quipe individua le cure e i trattamenti pi\u00f9 adeguati ed elabora, secondo le direttive del Servizio sanitario regionale, progetti riabilitativi individuali (PRI) che promuovono concreti miglioramenti, curando le diverse problematiche e sostenendo una crescita armonica del bambino\/ragazzo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n L'\u00e9quipe guida inoltre la famiglia nel difficile compito di confrontarsi con la disabilit\u00e0, aiutandola a comprendere possibilit\u00e0 e limiti del proprio figlio<\/strong> e consolidando la capacit\u00e0 genitoriale<\/strong> attraverso un sostegno emotivo, psicologico e pedagogico.<\/p>\n Il lavoro di \u00e9quipe \u00e8 svolto quindi con il
