How to access

Information

Reception is available to provide information about service fees, payment schedules, and the management of absences and rescheduling.

The first appointment

At the first appointment, Reception will ask you to:

  • complete a request to access private rehabilitation services, signed by both parents or by those holding parental responsibility;

  • read and sign the privacy notice and consent to the processing of personal data;

  • if necessary, sign a self-certification authorizing one parent to sign on behalf of the other;

  • provide a copy of the identity document and the tax code or health card of the child/adolescent and of both parents or those holding parental responsibility.

The initial assessment

The initial assessment includes a first visit with the child neuropsychiatrist, who opens the rehabilitation record, collects the medical history, reviews the documentation, carries out the clinical examination, and defines the subsequent assessment appointments with the rehabilitation therapists.

Before accessing the initial assessment, Reception will ask the family to provide a copy of the previous medical and rehabilitation documentation.

At the end of the first visit, the subsequent assessment appointments with the therapists are scheduled.

The Individual Rehabilitation Plan (PRI)

The Individual Rehabilitation Plan is prepared by the rehabilitation team following the assessment meetings and defines both the rehabilitation and educational objectives, as well as the type and level of intensity of the interventions.

The child neuropsychiatrist will share its contents, provide the necessary clarifications, and ask for it to be signed for acceptance, together with informed consent for treatment.

Reception communicates the days and times of the weekly appointments and remains available for any needs, including the issuing of attendance certificates for school and authorization for accompanying the child/adolescent to Centro Argos.
