Centro Argos, is a place for rehabilitation and care for children and adolescents, and for support to their families. It was founded on gratitude, which makes it a special place.
Centro Argos was imagined and strongly desired by lawyer Placido Puliatti, who lost his eyesight at the age of ten following a tragic playground accident.
His strength of will, the support of his family, and the help of a teacher and guide in life, Sister Anna Evelina Lombardo, enabled him to continue his studies, obtain a degree from the University of Bologna, and work as a lawyer, while maintaining a constant commitment to supporting people with disabilities.

The desire to give concrete expression to this sense of gratitude later gave rise to the idea and the creation of Centro Argos.
His story as a person who did not give up and who developed his talents, despite a disability that permanently changed his life, together with the energy born from his courage, makes Centro Argos a special place.
From February 2007, the year of its establishment, until November 2017, Centro Argos was fully supported by Fondazione Placido Puliatti ETS.
